I have spent my life emersed in the restaurant industry. I began pursuing my passion for Asian inspired food as a line cook as a fresh highschool graduate. I continued developing my skills and knowledge through both school and work for over a decade, most recently as the Chief Operations Officer for TokyRoll Sushi & Poke in the Pacific NW.
Transistioning from a traditional restaurant space to a more direct relationship with clients is my ultmiate goal, and Culinary Canvas Co. provides that opportunity. I am incredibly excited to be a part of your kitchen and share my style of healthy fusion cooking!
