I have spent my adult life immersed in the restaurant industry. I started work as a line cook while still in highschool, which sparked my passion for Asian-inspired food and encouraged me to continue culinary education through college. I have been developing my culinary career for over a decade, most recently as the COO for TokyRoll Sushi & Poke in the Pacific NW.
My ultimate goal for Culinary Canvas Co. is to enrich my clients' day-to-day food experience, working closely with local suppliers, so I can provide the most sustainable and freshest meals possible. I am incredibly excited to be a part of your kitchen and share my style of healthy fusion cooking!
